Please join me for this personally curated wellness immersion and dream retreat set in New York's breathtaking and bountiful Hudson Valley, home to sweeping landscapes and stunning food. This 3 night/4 day soul nurturing experience will deepen your connection to self, reaffirm your commitment to your health, and ignite a lifelong sense of wonder and respect for the earth and our place in it. I designed this unique adventure to harness the transformative energy of this gorgeous topography to inspire a profound and unwavering dedication to our wellbeing. You'll also meet passionate farmers, inspired chefs and soulful healers, who will share their reverence for this beautiful land and the healing properties it magically exudes. Prepare to be both grounded and uplifted. I hope you will join me to be nourished by nature.

Experiences will include:

• Nature bathing in luxury personal cabins at the Hutton Brickyards in Kingston, New York, situated on 73 rambling acres of riverfront land.

• Guided wellness immersion, including daily yoga, daily nature walks, farm tour, cooking experience, wellness talks, farm-grown apothecary exploration, meditation, sound bath, boat tour and downtime. Most meals and activities will be held outdoors. Yoga will be held in a covered open pavilion. Mats and blocks provided. 

• Nature walk and sound bath with Michael Gulbrandsen, founder and guide of Nature's Whispers and Meditative Walks.

• Chartered solar-powered boat tour led by the Hudson River Maritime Museum.

• Dinner and cooking experience with chef and author Rebecca Ffrench at The Upstate Table. 

• Dinner at The Hutton's River Pavilion prepared by Chef Dan Silverman, formally from NYC's Balthazar. 

• Stonegate Farm and Cultivate Apothecary tours led by two very incredible humans, Matthew Benson and Jill Rowe, featuring farm-grown elixirs, healing serums and a farm-to-table dinner. Dinner will be prepared at the farm's Dirt Kitchen by Chef Max Renny of Melzingah's Tap House. 

• Campfires, great company, shopping, tons of fun and reflective downtime also included. Plus more!

• Itinerary is organic and will evolve. Pack list and final itinerary will be emailed early September.

Cost & Booking: 

• Please choose either a Queen River View Cabin (best for one person) or a King River View Cabin (can accommodate two people). Please see pricing, photos of each room and description below. Look closely, so you know what to expect!

• Price includes all meals, scheduled activities and ground transportation in the Hudson Valley. One airport shuttle will be scheduled for arrival and departure. This will be coordinated once airlines confirm their fall schedule. Clean cocktails at meals are included!  

• Price does not include airline tickets, spa treatments or other unscheduled activities. Rental cars are also not included, but are optional if you prefer.

• Vaccination card required.

• Please email Pam to book your spot! Please indicate the room and occupancy that you desire. If you're booking a double, please cc your roommate and include their full name on the email to me as well. If your room preference is not available, I will provide an option if possible. 

• Payment - via Venmo, Zelle or check. Instructions will come once you email me your room request.

  • $1500 per person will be due to hold your spot. ​

  • Remainder will be due August 29th.

• Full refunds are available if cancelled by August 15th. Trip is non-refundable after August 15th.
